The following parish registers are available on microfiche, at Worthing Library. Permission to film has to be given by each vicar and coverage is at present about 80% of the total number of parishes in West Sussex. Please note that the library does not hold separate indexes to each set of registers, but the great majority of entries are included in the International Genealogical Index (IGI, see section 8.3). A microfiche reader should be booked to avoid disappointment (telephone 01903-212060).
